Holy crap, I didn't notice until now that it was a POUND of powdered sugar. I *was* wondering about the strength of your sweet tooth, but I have to wonder if even mine could handle that. I'd be willing to risk it, though. You know, for science.

I'm from Saint Louis, and Gooey Butter Cakes are a big deal! I've never actually had a blueberry one, but I'll have to check that out. You can also make Gooey Butter Cookies and well, they're pretty much amazing. Great post!
