I ventured out there today with my new camera, but was only able to stay for about 15 minutes before it started pouring. Oh well, just a fact of life in Oregon in the springtime. I'm trying to work on being less self-conscious about taking pictures in crowded places though. For some reason I feel like the farmers won't like me shooting their produce. I know that sounds ridiculous. I'm working on it.

I bought:
- Baby bok choy
- Rapini (broccoli rabe)
- Spinach
- Locally made jam for my mom for Mothers' Day (Hi Mom!). I already told her about it, I'm bad at surprises.
- A gorgeous hellebore bouquet. The sweet lady who sold it to me invited me out to her flower farm to pick flowers and take pictures this summer!

When I was taking all those pics at Pike Place Market before our wedding, I felt exactly the same way! I thought they would yell at me. But I have two amazing pictures of two stand-owners who wanted to pose for me... haha! I spent about half an hour at the stand/booth that had all the cute signs and got such great pictures out of it. I don't regret it at all.
Also, I'm horrendous at surprises.
