CSA Week 10


- Fuji apples
- Asparagus
- D'Anjou pears
- Lemon
- Baby spinach
- Kiwis
- Beets
- Leek
- Red cabbage

So far, I have plans to pickle the cabbage and roast the beets and asparagus (of course). I'd like to find something creative to do with the leek. I'll keep you posted!

My favorite thing to do with leeks:

Fontina, Asparagus, and Leek StrataExcept I use wheat bread or sometimes sourdough instead of white.
