No matter how you spell it, hubs loves tabouli (fyi, the dictionary widget on my Mac dashboard says both spellings are correct). I, on the other hand, am not too crazy about the copious amounts parsley involved... I'll eat it, but I'd prefer not to. When we found ourselves with said copious amounts of parsley from our CSA last week, I knew what I had to make.
His & Hers:
No recipe, just my favorite whole wheat couscous from Trader Joe's, some diced tomato, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. And parsley where applicable :) As long as I was making his & hers dishes, I used different proportions of the ingredients based on our individual tastes. I got lots of lemon, he got lots of black pepper, everybody's happy!
