Over the weekend, I came across a Borders gift card that we got as a wedding gift (Happy 3 Monthaversary, hubs!). Around the same time, while poking around online learning about bread baking, I came across the book Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day by Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois.
Hmmm???!! Sounds right up my beginner's alley. It received excellent reviews on Amazon and elsewhere on the internet. I know what I'm doing with that Borders' gift card! Has anyone out there used this book?
